Southern Jamaica Plain Community Health Center

Who are they?

The Southern Jamaica Plain Community Health Center runs a number of programs including a two hour training that uses health data to help participants understand the social determinants of health, health inequity and how systemic racism leads to inequitable health outcomes. Trainings are offered the 1st Friday of each month from 10am to 12pm at the Health Promotion Center located at 10B Green Street, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.
